Notes: Page 8 upper right photograph is missing or has not been identified. The image shown is from page 225 of the 1921 edition of Our Southern Highlanders since it matches the background of the other Brown household photographs and includes Homer Brown. Page 9 lower right photograph is not located with the album photographs. This photograph is from the loose photographs of the collection, number 171, and has the notation "Album - loose" written in pencil on the back. It does appear to match the subject and includes two individuals that look similar to Jeff and Joe Robinson in a photograph on page 5. The captions for page 8 upper left photograph and page 9 upper left photograph have been edited. Please see explanation in About the Virtual Album.
