$100 REWARD

For Jesse Anderson, alias Peter J. Johnson, alias John P. Jones, a slim spare made, dark complected, black hair, dark eyes, and black beard, of about twenty four or five years of age, who formally lived in Habersham County, in the state of Georgia. The said Jesse Anderson stole from the subscriber living near Athens, McMinn County, in the state of Tennessee, a negro fellow, named Jack, on the twenty-third day of July 1830. I will give the above reward to any person who will apprehend the said Jesse Anderson in any part of the United States and secure him so that I can get him.
