Elementary Education Graduate Semi Finalist for Teacher of the Year Award
Ceilia Morgan
Cecilia Morgan, a 2016 graduate of WCU’s elementary education program, was named a semi-finalist for Clay County Florida’s 2020 teacher of the year. Cecilia is a fifth grade teacher at Wilkinson Elementary in Clay County, FL. She was named a top 5 semi-finalist for the district, which has 52 schools within it. Congratulations Cecilia!
