Western Carolina University (WCU) is committed to the total development and well-being of all members of the University community. With this in mind, the purpose of the Expanding Early Education in Cullowhee: Expanding Services for Eligible Student-Parents (Triple E in the Whee), is to provide affordable early education services to Pell Grant eligible students at WCU. The Triple E in the Whee is a grant-funded program and our continued service to parents and children depends on the success of participating students in achieving graduation. Students will be accepted throughout the year based on space availability and begin receiving subsidized childcare tuition costs once accepted.

3. Are you currently Pell Grant eligible?
If you answer yes to the above questions you might qualify for subsidized childcare through the Triple E in the Whee program. The purpose of the Triple E in the Whee is to provide affordable early education services to Pell Grant eligible students at Western Carolina University. If you qualify you can receive subsidized childcare to help you attend classes at WCU! The program is only available to Pell Grant eligible students and is offered on a first come, first served basis.
