Jake Anderson PSPA Dept Ambassador

Jake Anderson, Department Ambassador

Jake Anderson is a junior Political Science and International Studies major with a minor in German. His research interests include counterterrorism, national security, and military strategy. He has interned with Congresswoman Virginia Foxx, studied abroad in Germany, served two years in WCU’s Student Government, interned as a research assistant at the Institute of World Politics in Washington, D.C., and worked with a private counterterrorism firm. After graduating from WCU, Jake plans on relocating to Washington D.C. to move on to graduate school while working in the field of National Security.






Mollie Jones

Mollie Jones, Department Ambassador

Mollie Jones is a senior Political Science major with a minor in Business Administration. Her research interests include women in politics, local government and public policy. She has spent the last three years working with local city managers in Hendersonville and Laurel Park. Mollie is also the anchor for the Pride of the Mountains Marching Band’s video news program, Inside the Pride. After graduation, Mollie plans to continue her education at law school or with a Public Affairs graduate program.
