Some months ago, we informed you of Dr. Garrett Fisher's trip to beautiful Valencia (Spain) to present his iLanguage Talk project at a conference. The series is now on its 3rd season, and Dr. Fisher has added another video project to his already busy agenda. Here are the descriptions of these two very interesting and fun endeavors.
With the help of students and faculty, Dr. Fisher launched the first iLanguage Talk episode in 2017. The first season of iLanguage Talk focused on WCU faculty sharing knowledge about diverse languages and cultures. The second season was led and filmed by WCU students. The third season will be released this fall semester, starting on August 19, featuring Troy Eckles (now a WCU alumnus) and Marianne Martinez, the Director of Vecinos. In the spring of 2019, Dr. Fisher began to film videos that support the content of WCU Spanish courses.
