Log into your myWCU and click on Personal Services, located in the Quick Links box on the right hand side of the page.
Click on Student, then Student Records and then Apply for Graduation or Certificate Conferral.
DO NOT change the term on this screen. This is not the term in which you are choosing to graduate. Just click Submit to move to the next screen.
You will need to select your program and then click Continue to move to the next screen.
Click on the drop-down box to select your graduation term. **The only time there is an option to choose between multiple terms is when the application for summer graduation is open, giving students the option to apply for summer or fall.** Click Continue to move to the next screen.
Choose whether you plan to attend the ceremony. **If you are unsure at this point, you can select Undecided.** Click continue to move to the next screen.
Click on the drop-down box to choose the name you want printed on your diploma and click Continue to move to the next screen. If the name you want printed on your diploma is not listed (ex: middle name spelled out), choose New and click on Continue to enter your name on the next screen.
Type your name exactly how you want it to appear on your diploma and click Continue to move to the next screen.
Click on the drop-down box to choose the address you want your diploma sent to and click Continue to move to the next screen. If you want your diploma shipped to an address not listed (ex: your moving to a new location after graduation), choose New and click Continue to enter your address on the next screen. **Please note, your address needs to be a mailing address, not a physical address. Diplomas are shipped through the United States Postal Service, 4-6 weeks after the degree has been conferred.**
Type your address information of where you want your diploma mailed to. You have the option to update Alumni Affairs with your contact information for after graduation. You will then click Continue to move to the next screen.
Verify that all of information is correct and click Submit Request to submit your application for graduation and move to the next screen.
You will receive a confirmation that will look like this, telling you to check your Catamount email. Congratulations on applying for graduation!
