All other requests will be followed up on the next business day. For after-hours and weekend assistance, please consider walk-up support.

Self-Service: IT Help and Madison

The IT Help portal and Madison the chatbot are available to help provide answers to the most frequently asked questions. You can search any keywords (e.g. Office 365 for Windows) in either IT Help or by chatting with Madison.

Student Computer Purchasing 

Prospective students looking to purchase a laptop can check out our computer purchasing page. Here you will find information about our minimum and recommended laptop specifications, including some majors that have special requirements. WCU students also have access to discounts through the university's Apple and Dell websites.
