Self-service password management allows you to manage your WCUid account should you forget your password or your password expires. Your WCUid is the username assigned by the university that ends in @wcu.edu (faculty/staff) or @catamount.wcu.edu (student). Please refer to information technology university policies regarding WCUid account lifecycle.
NOTE: Please update all wireless devices with new password after change/reset.
Enroll Enrollment is required for password reset. You must configure phone and security settings.
Update Update your enrollment settings.
Reset Password Forgot your password? Reset it. Be sure to enroll in password management first.
Change Password Password expired? Change it. You will need to provide your current password.
