The IT Help portal and Madison the chatbot are available to help provide answers to the most frequently asked questions. You can search any keywords (e.g. Office 365 for Windows) in either IT Help or by chatting with Madison.

University visitors can get help connecting to the WCU-Guest wireless network at wifi.wcu.edu.
Guest accounts for access to WCU resources for official university business are available for up to one year; complete this form to request an account.
Guests to the WCU campus may access to our Learning Management System (LMS), Blackboard Learn as an Affiliate user (a user who is outside the WCU system) by visiting the affiilate access request through the Coulter Faculty Commons.
Current faculty, staff, or students can accessBlackboard via the WCU Login Portal.
