The John Gower Society was founded in 1981 and published the first JGN (The John Gower Newsletter) two years later. Membership is world-wide. In addition to JGN, which appears in October and April of each year, the Society publishes an occasional series of volumes, the John Gower Series, with Boydell & Brewer, under the general editorship of AJ Minnis and RF Yeager.

Gower Society Annual Dues

Payable in April each year

  • Regular Members: US $15.00
  • Graduate and/or Research Students: US $5.00
  • Libraries: US $25.00

  • two issues of JGN each year
