Dr. Ethan Cheng is an Assistant Professor of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Western Carolina University. He currently teaches Hospitality and Tourism Service Industry, Travel and Tourism, and Lodging and Resort Management. <br><br>Dr. Cheng earned his Ph.D. in Food and Hospitality Systems from the University of Missouri. Before pursuing his doctoral degree, he earned his master’s degree (MBA) in tourism management from Ming Chuan University in Taiwan and his bachelor’s degree (BBA) in leisure management from Minghsin University of Science and Technology in Taiwan.
