Biography

Winford Gordon is an experimental psychologist. His training is in the experimental analysis of behavior and neuroscience.<br>His undergraduate degree in Psychology was earned at wofford College. He graduated summa cum laude and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.<br><br>His doctorate was earned at UNC-Chapel Hill where he studied with Dr. David Eckerman. While at Chapel Hill he was a research psychologist with the Environmental Protection Agency in the Research Triangle Park, NC.

Teaching Interests

A broad range of courses including General Psychology, Learning, Sport Psychology, Neuropsychology, Psychopharmacology and various topic areas.

Research Interests

Measuring attention and identifying variables that affect attention, e.g. immersion in natural environments, participation in dynamic performance activities.
