Biography

Nancy Luke earned her Ph.D. in Instructional Technology from the University of Georgia. A former elementary classroom teacher, she taught in inner city public schools and overseas with the Department of Defense Dependent Schools (DODDS) in Germany before teaching at the college level first in Savannah, GA and now at WCU.<br><br>My teaching and research interests include the meaningful and intentional use of digital tools in K-12 and university classrooms to support teaching and learning as well as digital agency, choice, and equity. I also explore digital storytelling and multimodal literacy development across educational contexts.
