Professor DeConinck began teaching marketing courses at WCU in 2006. In addition to teaching, she advises marketing majors, supervises undergraduate honors projects, serves on numerous committees across campus and engages in community service. Professor DeConinck has been a recipient of the COB Professor of Excellence Award and the Bloomberg Businessweek Teaching Award.
Her teaching interests are MKT 201 Principles of Marketing and MKT 342 Integrated Marketing Communications.
Her research interests are in the area of sales, promotion, ethics, and leadership.
