Biography

Dr. Hartman teaches Behavioral Science in Organizations and Introduction to Project Management in Practice at Western Carolina University. Dr. Hartman previously taught in the graduate, undergraduate, and executive leadership programs at the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte. <br><br>As a senior executive at a Bank of America, she led portfolios of business transformation initiatives including significant enhancements to the firm’s supply chain management function, implementation of a global financials ERP system, significant investments in the company’s retail and global treasury business systems, and enterprise operational and compliance risk management enhancements. <br><br>As a managing consulting with Arthur D. Little, she provided project management services to the US Department of Defense, an Audi/VW joint venture in Brazil, the Venezuelan national phone company, Maersk Lines, McKesson, and International Paper.
