Dr. Charmion B. Rush is an Assistant Professor of Inclusive and Special Education at Western Carolina University. She earned her Ph.D. at the UNCG in Special Education / Teacher Education and Development. Both her undergraduate (Winston- Salem State University) and graduate degrees (Appalachian State University) are in Special Education. She also has an undergraduate degree in Therapeutic Recreation (Winston-Salem State University).
