Homecoming Blood Drive

We are excited to share that CCESL has partnered with the American Red Cross for our 1st Annual WCU Homecoming Blood Drive. Please see the information below and share the on-campus blood drive info with your local family, friends, and neighbors!

There is a critical blood shortage in Western NC and this October, CCESL and the American Red Cross are partnering to host several blood drives at WCU! This drive is open to all WCU staff, faculty, students, alumni, and any community members – please consider donating yourself, share the flyer within your networks and on social media, and invite your friends and family to donate, too! The on-campus drives will take place on October 13th from 1:00pm-6:00pm, October 24th from 12:00pm-5:00pm, and October 26th from 12:00pm-5:00pm on WCU's Cullowhee campus in the University Center Grand Room. To make an appointment, please visit redcrossblood.org and use Sponsor Code: WCUHOMECOMING. Appointments preferred, walk-ins welcome!

If you have friends and family in other locations around NC or the country, they can go to any red cross blood donation center or a drive in their town during the month of October to donate using this specific LINK. This is a great way for family, friends, and alumni to make a difference even if they can’t make it to Cullowhee!
