Sarah Benoit, Director of Training and Lead Instructor of the JB Media Institute, is an online marketing, SEO, and social media strategist dedicated to making the field of Internet marketing accessible and understandable to business and marketing professionals. Exercising her commitment to education, Sarah also teaches Internet marketing classes on a variety of topics at AB-Tech Community College, the AB Tech Small Business Incubator, and Asheville SCORE.

Cathy Busick is the founder and president of Insight Marketing, a full-service branding company in Western North Carolina. She has planned and implemented numerous well-attended large events for hospitals, financial institutions, golf resorts, and other businesses that led to national media coverage. She is an entertaining and energetic speaker with vast experience on marketing and communications.

Betty Farmer, PhD is an award-winning professor of communication at Western Carolina University and an engaged campus and community leader. She holds the Ph.D. in Communication with emphases in public relations and organizational communication and a Master’s in Journalism, both from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She has worked professionally as a journalist, public relations practitioner, fundraiser, and communication consultant. Her scholarship has appeared in the top communication and community engagement journals.

Patrick Gallo is an accomplished visual storyteller and videographer. Through his artistic approach to filmmaking and keen insight into the latest visual technologies, he can transform daily life into stunning visual subject matter that captivates and informs audiences. With over twenty-five years in the film and production industry, Patrick has acquired skills across every visual platform including director of photography, production, directing, lighting, audio recording, editing and graphics. He combines film and video technologies to produce high-quality visual storytelling for traditional, new and social media. Some of Patrick’s clients include USA Network, J. Walter Thompson, The Hallmark Channel, Pfizer, FX Columbia University, and Will Ferrell's Funny or Die Scholastic.
