This program, designed specifically for healthcare professionals, offers ideas and tools for immediate use at your healthcare organization. Six Sigma participants will learn how other healthcare organizations such as the Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins University and the Cleveland Clinic have utilized Six Sigma to improve patient quality.
In the Six Sigma workshop, participants will earn a “Yellow Belt” and learn how to apply the 5-step methodology of Six Sigma in patient care, laboratory support, food service, OR and ED.”
