This one-day workshop is centered around aiding people working in for-profit/non-profit organizations to understand the principles of root cause discovery and best solution recognition. This program can also be customized as an off-site or on-site training for companies based on an on-site needs assessment of your work processes and systems.

The morning, focuses on “root-cause” diagnosis, and discusses:

• properly defining the problem
• constructing a Ishikawa diagram and action items
• utilizing proper problem-based brain-storming skills
• data translation
• paradigms
• factors-to-outcomes conclusion

 The afternoon, focuses primarily on solution identification using:

• step-ladder-solution brain storming
• “convergent-solutions”
• rapid-ideation
• Delphi method of solution seeking
