Please use the links below ONLY if you are an invited presenter, trip leader or committee member. All other participants should use the regular conference registration site.

The information provided here will allow the university to create your contract for payment. In most cases, these along with a W9 will be sent by regular mail along with a self-addressed stamped envelope. Please return the signed contract and W9 as soon as possible. THE SIGNED CONTRACT MUST BE RETURNED BY MAY 2.
