Local Hotels (If staying off-campus)

Please note: There are hotels within about 10 minutes of the university, but none within walking distance. Since we are in a rural area, public transportation is extremely limited and (generally speaking) not a practical option.

The Comfort Inn in Sylva (about 5 miles away) has a “WCU” Rate of $89.00 per night which includes a free breakfast. To book this room while availability lasts, please call 828.477.4950. You must ask for the $89 “WCU” rate.

On-campus residence halls are a comfortable and economical value for single attendees but are not well-suited for families. All area lodging can be found at mountainlovers.com.
