- African American Alumni Society – an affinity group to strengthen the community among WCU African American graduates and attendees.
- Construction Management Alumni Club – an alumni club for Construction Management graduates and attendees, past faculty and industry friends.
- EBCI Alumni Club – an affinity group to celebrate and strengthen the community among WCU Eastern Band of Cherokee Indian graduates and attendees.
- EMC Alumni Club – an alumni club for graduates and attendees of the WCU Emergency Medical Care program.
