External Audits

The University is subject to external audits, program reviews, and similar activities by various agencies and other organizations. It is the responsibility of the primary contact person for the program or activity being reviewed to notify the Internal Audit Office. This notification serves a dual purpose:

• To prevent the duplication of audit effort and
• To provide information required by the UNC General Administration

Please complete the form if:
1. An external agency or organization has notified you of an upcoming site visit, audit or review.
2. An external review or audit was completed within the past 12 months and you did not previously submit this form.
