While an institution's brand personality does not tend to change year-to-year, marketing campaigns that bring the brand to life do change to meet the needs of a changing marketing landscape. Western Carolina's latest brand campaign sets out to tell the university's story through authentic content about our students, alumni, faculty and staff seen through the lens of four different themes: exploration, innovation, inspiration and service. Each theme is promoted through a fast-paced, visually stunning 15-second video airing on broadcast and digital. Those videos direct viewers to stories pushed out on our university news and social media site and curated using the hashtags #WCUinspires, #WCUinnovates, #WCUexplores and #WCUserves.
