The WCU Fine Art Museum has a max occupancy of 20 individuals, and will be utilizing a timed entry system. If you are a WCU faculty, staff, or student, please submit your tour request at least 2 weeks in advance so that we may accommodate your experience.
Traditional self-guided or staff-led tours throughout the museum galleries for groups of 20 or less per tour are available for WCU faculty, staff, and students only.
This virtual zoom tour takes the place of our traditional in-person tours. Each virtual tour is staff-led and includes a dynamic selection of images and video, creating a tailored experience to serve the needs of each tour group.
Start with our self-guided and interactive 360° virtual tours and other virtual exhibition experiences, and then schedule a Q&A opportunity for your group or class, featuring a follow-up zoom meeting addressing student questions and experiences with the work on display.
