University Class Visits

The WCU Fine Art Museum offers interactive learning experiences for classes at Western Carolina University and other institutions in the area.'

K-12 Class Visits

The WCU Fine Art Museum collaborates with WCU Art Education students to provide tours and activities for K-12 classes. For a small fee, classes can experience a hands-on art workshop related to a current Museum exhibition in addition to a free tour.

K-12 tours of the Museum and hands-on art activities are supported through a partnership with the School of Art & Design Art Education Club and a Grassroots Grant from the Jackson County Arts Council through the N.C. Arts Council, a division of the Department of Natural & Cultural Resources, with funding from the National Endowment for the Arts.
