If you are a WCU faculty, staff, or student, please submit your tour request at least 2 weeks in advance so that we may accommodate your experience.
Traditional self-guided or staff-led tours throughout the museum galleries for groups of 20 or less per tour are available.
This virtual zoom tour takes the place of our traditional in-person tours. Each virtual tour is staff-led and includes a dynamic selection of images and video, creating a tailored experience to serve the needs of each tour group.
Start with our self-guided and interactive 360° virtual tours and other virtual exhibition experiences, and then schedule a Q&A opportunity for your group or class, featuring a follow-up zoom meeting addressing student questions and experiences with the work on display.
Interested in scheduling a virtual tour for your K-12 class, community group, or more?
WCU Fine Art Museum’s school tours are image-focused and inquiry-based experiences for K–12 students. Led by museum staff and educators, tours encourage students to look closely, share personal perspectives, and build connections to their own lives and learning.
