Instructions for Faculty

Here's how to find out about students who have visited a center(s) and what they've done:

1. Go to http://152.30.21.49:81/TutorTrac/default.html

2. Log in:

   Username: 920-number
   Password: pin-number

3. Fill in the date fields:

   From Date:____
   To Date:____

4. Choose the appropriate Center:

   MATH
   WRITING
   CAT
   STAC
   

5. Choose the appropriate Reason. (Note that each Center has its own reasons identified.)
6. Click on Summarized or Show Notes, depending on your needs as instructor.
7. Make sure HTML is in the last field.
8. Click on Continue and patiently wait for the report, which can be copied and pasted into a word document if desired. To return to the search screen, click on the "back" arrow.
