Introduction:
This recipe was requested by Amber. It is a super cake.  It has several different names.  "Pig Picking Cake" is one of it's name.  Great for get togethers.

Ingredients

CAKE:

• 1 box of yellow cake mix
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
• 1 can of mandarin oranges with juice

FROSTING:

• One 12 ozs. regular carton cool whip
• One large box vanilla instant pudding mix
• One can 15 ozs. crushed pineapple(drained)

Directions

CAKE:
Mix all cake ingredients with electric mixer. Pour into 3 greased and floured round cake pans.  Bake at 350* for 20 to 25 minutes or until cake is done.  "COOL COMPLETELY"

FROSTING:
Mix all ingredients for the frosting in a large bowl with a spoon.  Cover and chill while cake cool.  Frost in between cake layers and cover cake with frosting.  Makes a very pretty cake.

Serving Suggestions
MUST stored cover in refrigerator.  Best made ahead; cake gets moisture.
