Catamount Concert Series: WCU Wind Ensemble directed by John West. WCU's premier instrumental ensemble performs three original works for band as well as a transcription of Edward Elgar's symphonic masterwork, Enigma Variations.

"Loose Ends" Faculty Recital. Features performances by faculty musicians: Eldred Spell, flute; Terri Armfield, oboe; Ian Jeffress, saxophone; Will Peebles, bassoon; Michael Schallock, tuba; and Brad Martin, piano.

Galaxy of Stars Series: The Asheville Symphony Orchestra in a Holiday Pops Concert conducted by Daniel Meyer. ($) The Western Carolina Community Chorus directed by James Dooley joins the symphony in this performance. Faculty vocalist William Martin is featured as tenor soloist.
