Issues to be considered by the University Advisory Council may be submitted on an Issue Form, discussed with any member of the UAC, or presented in person at any UAC meeting. Options for action include, but are not limited to:
1. immediate discussion by the UAC
2. inclusion on the next UAC meeting agenda
3. request for additional information
4. referral to the executive committee
5. referral to another governance body
6. referral to a university administrative unit
The purpose of the Issue Form is to document all issues brought to the Council and the actions taken. The UAC secretary will report on the status of each Issue Form to the executive committee and/or the UAC. The secretary will continue to monitor and report developments to the UAC and to the person submitting the form until the issue is resolved. |
