Members Absent: Lou Argueta, Jane Hall, and Dianne Lynch.
The meeting was called to order at 11:15. Chuck Wooten will be invited to attend the next UAC meeting to listen to issues concerning Business Affairs. The issue of how to build on the Parker Palmer visit will be tabled until Jane Hall is present to speak about that program. The issue of supporting a recommendation to the Chancellor concerning a more considerate scheduling of events will be drafted and placed on the agenda for the next meeting.
We will ask Keith Corzine, Scott Schwartzentruber, and Bill Manware to come to the late January Executive Committee meeting and address the issue of computer access by staff members and report to the Council accordingly. A new agenda item will be added. The Secretary will handle “Issue Updates”.
We will appoint a Task Force to address the issue of developing and researching an accountability standard for the community.
