The meeting was called to order at 3:30 p.m.

Nancy Dillard announced Chuck Wooten will make a presentation on the Student Credit Hour Funding Model at the March Council meeting.

Bob Orr requested the Council discuss continuing Gordon Mercer’s "Breaking the Norm" idea.

Nancy Dillard will remind the Council elections are in May, which is just around the corner.
