 The meeting was called to order at 3:41 p.m. 

Employee Benefit Updates will be given by Mr. Orr and Ms. Wong at the Tuesday, November 12 UAC meeting.

Plans for a Town Hall Meeting on Respect were discussed. Ms. Dillard asked the Executive Committee to provide ideas and feedback. Suggestions are continuously welcomed until plans for the meeting are finalized. The proposed town hall meeting will be mentioned at the UAC’s November 12 meeting.

The UAC agenda for next week’s November 12 meeting was reviewed.

Copies of the revised academic calendar will distributed at the November 12 meeting.

An extensive conversation dealt with potential future implementation of a unique identifying number to be used throughout the University that would provide databases with an alternative number besides a social security number. Mr. Orr suggested that the Social Security Task Force meet and be given a specific timeline. Ms. Dillard noted that the issue of the implementation of a unique identifying number should be discussed by the Administrative Council.
