Statement
|
| Western Carolina University is
currently engaged in strategies to both increase enrollment at the
undergraduate level as well as to improve retention of its first and second
year students. Additionally, Western is at the forefront nationally in applying
computer technology to teaching and learning.
All new undergraduates are required to have personal computers capable of
accessing the campus network and internet. Consistent with that
requirement, this center has been established to offer technology assistance,
skills workshops, and other services which will benefit WCU students. |
