Fee For service

A Student health fee is included as one of the fees students pays to the university at the start of each semester. This fee entitles all current students, who are enrolled in at least six credit hours, to the services provided by the UHC (Univeristy Health Center). Some services may have additional fees, which are due at the time the services are rendered.

Students enrolled in less than six hours are eligible for our services, but fees may be incurred for laboratory tests and various procedures. Distance learning students who do not pay a health services fee are not eligible to receive services from UHC.

The UHC will only file claims with the University supported Health Insurance plan. A printed receipt will be provided to all patients for filing claims to all other health insurance companies. the UHC accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, debit cards, and CatCash as payment. Any medical expenses incurred outside of UHC are the responsibility of the student.

Updated Fees as of 1-9-08
