Prior to registering for classes and to prevent jeopardizing the status of your visa you must provide the following :
A completed immunization record including a TB skin test The TB skin test must have been performed within the past 6-12 months prior to your arrival at WCU, and have a negative result. If you have a positive TB skin test result, a chest x-ray is required. All results must be in English.
Proof of health insurance coverage for the duration of your stay. You must may either provide the student health center with written proof of health insurance coverage from an existing policy.The health insurance policy must indicate the dates of coverage. If you do not have health insurance you may purchase the university's student health insurance plan.
Failure to provide us with the above information prior arriving at WCU will prevent you from registering for classes and could result in your visa being revoked .
Please also make note of the following requirements:
- Records must be documented in black ink and all corrections must be signed.
- All dates must include month, day and year of administration.
- Be certain to include your full name, date of birth, and school ID number if avaliable.
