Q: Can I add on additional family members to Family Weekend events after September 24th?
A: Please check the appropriate contact person or department for each event regarding availability. For Family Weekend events such as the Pre-Game Tailgate and Sunday Brunch, space is limited and on-site additions may not be available since the meals are ordered in advance.
Q: Can my student’s meal plan cover any of the Family Weekend meals?
A: Students can cover the cost of their Pre-Game Tailgate or Sunday Brunch using their declining balance, but this must be done in advance, as indicated on the Registration Form. The cost of student meals will be deducted from students’ accounts prior to Family Weekend and are not refundable once Family Weekend commences. Students may not be able to use their declining balance at the door. Students may not use their declining balance to pay for family members’ meals.
Q: Do I have to pay a registration
fee for each family member attending?
A: One registration fee covers the entire family.
Q: What does the registration fee cover?
A: The registration fee assists with Family Weekend expenses
(printing, mailing, receptions, etc.) and most importantly, helps finance
the WCU Family Association Scholarship. For more information

Q: Can I pay for Family Weekend with my credit card?
A: Family Weekend registration can be paid via cash, check,
money order, or travelers cheques. Credit cards can be used if you use online registration, which will be available in early August. Tickets for football are
offered through an outside vendor and may be purchased by
credit card via the web.
