For complaints/concerns regarding Distance Learning Policies/Procedures/Actions please complete the form and submit it to the Division of Educational Outreach, 138 Cordelia Camp Building, 828.227.7397 or 866.928.4723. (ex: Unfair grading practice or inconsistent policies and/or procedures). Students in online programs have additional options for expressing their concerns.
