Distance Learning Student Complaints
For students participating in an online program or course through Western Carolina
University who have a concern about their experience with WCU other than an issue
with a final grade, you are encouraged to first contact the Distance Learning Program
Director for your program or the Division of Educational Outreach. If your concerns are still unresolved, the following options are available to you:
1) Follow WCU’s process for student complaints. You may also contact The Commission on Colleges of The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
2) If you live in one of the states listed below, you have the option of contacting
