Upon receipt of a complaint, the Bias Response Team (BRT) will convene to assess the situation and determine how to proceed. The BRT will consist
of the following members or their designees, the Director of the Department of Student Community Ethics (DSCE), Director of Intercultural Affairs, Director of Outreach and Assessment, Director of the Office of Disability Services, Director of Equal Opportunity and Diversity Programs, Associate Director of Residential Living, and the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs. Representatives from other University offices will be brought in to address reported
complaints as the team deems necessary to appropriately respond to the situation.
