The Legacy Walk has been installed in the Alumni Tower area. In the future, it is envisioned to include the Central Plaza.

Your brick is a traditional brick paver (4" X 8") engraved with your designated text. A basic font and point size will be used for maximum readability and durability.
Is my donation tax deductible?
Yes, your donation is tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
Bricks will be installed periodically at different times throughout the year as bricks are purchased.
How will I be able to find my brick?
At the time of your purchase you will be sent a map of the Legacy Walk with the general location of your brick identified.
How much does each brick cost?
Each paver costs $125 and contains two lines of engraved text.
Can I request where my brick will be placed?
Not at this time. The initial installations of the Legacy Walk will be in the general area of the Alumni Tower.
Can I have a picture or graphic engraved on my paver?
The University wants to ensure the Legacy Walk has a common look and feel that is respectful to everyone supporting this program. Therefore, we are not allowing graphics on the brick. Accordingly, WCU reserves the right to reject any orders with wording deemed inappropriate for viewing in a university environment.
What is the purpose of this fundraiser?
The Division of Student Affairs is raising funds to support the Student Emergency Fund which gives small grants to students in need. The Legacy Walk is intended to be self-supporting, thus covering the cost of the pavers, their installation and future maintenance, as well as provide support for the Alumni Tower. For every $125 donation, 80% is expected to be allocated to the Student Emergency Fund, 15% for brick maintenance and 5% for alumni tower maintenance.
Will I receive a confirmation when I place my order?
Our payment software will confirm online credit card orders at the time of purchase. Additionally, orders will be confirmed by mail from the Division of Student Affairs; including, information about the location of the brick paver.
Will I be notified when the pavers will be installed?
Yes, we will send an e-mail with details about the installation.
What if my paver becomes damaged?
A portion of the net proceeds from each purchase will be set aside to maintain the Legacy Walk. Accordingly, WCU will be responsible for the maintenance of the Legacy Walk and will replace damaged bricks.
How can I purchase a brick in honor of someone else?
