Dependent and Spouse Coverage
Spouses and dependent coverage can be added to the Student Blue Plan by calling the insurance company. The premium must be paid directly to the insurance company. A spouse or dependent is defined as:
- A legal spouse or same-sex domestic partner, residing with the student
- Dependent children under the age of 26 and without access to other insurance coverage.
**Spouses and dependent children are not eligible for care at University Health Services.
