Student Health Services is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Protected Health Information (PHI). As your healthcare provider, we take this responsibility very seriously.  All staff are required to sign confidentiality and security agreements prior to employment. If you have a complaint/grievance regarding Student Health Services treatment, you may exercise your right through the Patient Grievances process.
