Western Carolina University operates a complex of 35 apartments. The complex is located on Long Branch Road. It has three 3-bedroom units, twenty-six 2-bedroom units and six 1-bedroom apartments.
Lease Agreement and Availability
The units are available to faculty and staff, with priority given to new faculty or staff who are moving to the community from other areas. A lease agreement is required and will be for the period of one year from move-in date and is renewable for one additional year at that time, for a maximum stay of two years. A termination notice of 30 days will be required of occupants at any time.
More specific information related to lease agreements may be obtained by contacting the Department of Residential Living at 828-227-7303.
