Thank you for your interest in the Whee E.M.P.O.W.E.R. mentoring team!  Whee E.M.P.O.W.E.R. (Enlighten, Manifest and Provide for Outstanding Women and Encourage them to Rise) is a program that assists first-year freshmen women in their transition to college and introduce them to leadership skills that they will need in their personal and professional lives.  Our mentors are strong leaders who are excited about making a difference in someone’s life.

Mentoring is a big, but very rewarding commitment!  Mentors are expected to touch base with their mentees bi-weekly for the first semester and monthly the second.  We also hold monthly programs attached to the G.L.O.W. series as well as socials throughout the year.  Mentors will also have the opportunity to come into the LEAD 151 course and facilitate discussions.
