Western Carolina University

Family Circle is a network of WCU employees whose primary purpose is to support the climate for diversity by specifically addressing issues affecting the welfare of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender members of the University community. Allies, partners, and non-traditionally-aged students are welcome to join us. We seek to create a safe space where everyone can be themselves and feel respected and valued.

We encourage involvement in the WCU Safe Zone Program, located in the Department of Intercultural Affairs.
