Homecoming means a lot of different things to a lot of different people. To some, it's simply a yearning to return to a place that's familiar and close to their heart---a time and a place that you long to recapture. To others, Homecoming may simply be the pageantry of parades, decorated floats, banners, pep rallies and Catamount football. Homecoming is a chance to show how proud we are of our alma mater and how proud we are to take part in the pageantry of the present and the nostalgic feelings, friendships, and memories of the past. There are a variety of events planned this year for both current students and returning alumni throughout the week of October 19-25. Come home to Cullowhee and reconnect with the spirit of Western Carolina University!
