Cross Training Challenge 2013

Congratulations to all those who completed the 2013 Challenge! Look for the Cross Training Challenge to return in Spring 2014.

Can you rise to the challenge?  

The WCU Cross Training Challenge (CTC) encourages participants to diversify their workout and improve their overall health and fitness. You will be rewarded with a t-shirt once you achieve 100% of the goals in three exercise categories of your choosing. So sign up now and start getting fit! The challenge begins on Monday, January 14 and ends Friday, March 22, 2013.  Successfully complete the challenge and you win a t-shirt! Anyone can participate in this challenge, you do not have to be a CRC member.

To participate follow these easy steps:

1. Fill out the Cross Training Challenge Registration Form and drop it off at the front desk of the Campus Recreation Center.

2. Choose 3 activities on the CTC Form.

3. Complete as many of your activities each day as you want with the exception of strength training. Only one 1/2 hour of strength training counts each day. 

4. Once you've completed 100% of all 3 activities turn your form into the Campus Recreation Center. We will contact you once the t-shirts arrive to be picked up.
