Summer Session 1 Schedule
Group X is $5 for only Summer Session 1 (June 3- July 3) or $10 for the entire summer (June 3- August 2), each pass includes everything on the schedule.
Non-members (faculty/staff) interested in participating in Aqua X only can purchase a pass for $25.00 from the Campus Recreation Center. For more information please visit the Campus Recreation Center front desk or call 227-7069.
Registration & payment is accepted any time the CRC is open. Cash or check ONLY.
The Group Xercise program is designed to offer a variety of options for participants to achieve their fitness goals in a fun, motivating, and supervised atmosphere!
Tips for Success
- It is not our intention to alter the class schedule; however, Group Xercise classes are subject to change due to instructor availability, holiday/break hours, or weather conditions.
- All Group Xercise classes are included in the per semester fee which are paid in the Campus Recreation Center office before participating.
- Instructors and/or Facility Supervisors will check rosters and CatCards before each class begins.
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for proper warm-up and stay until the end of class to ensure proper cool-down.
- Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
- A physical exam is recommended for anyone over the age of 35, has a pre-existing medical condition, or has been physically inactive.
- Wear tennis shoes designed for aerobic activity.
- Clothing should be comfortable and allow for freedom of movement.
- Avoid eating a heavy meal less than two hours before a workout.
- Please judge intensity and take breaks as needed throughout the workout.
- Stay Hydrated! Drinking water before, during, and after your workout will help with recovery.
