The Department of Campus Recreation & Wellness allows student organizations and departments to reserve space in the building when available and the activities support the mission of CRW and Division of Student Affairs at Western Carolina University. Because the CRC is a controlled access facility, rooms and activity space are not included on R25 and all requests must go directly through CRW. All reservations should be requested at least two weeks in advance.
In order to reserve a space, fill out the form and either return it by fax (828-227-7120) or in person to the Campus Recreation Center Main Office to the attention of Shauna Sage, associate director. If further preparation is needed to make the event successful, you will be contacted to setup a meeting to discussing details. RESERVATION IS NOT FINAL UNTIL CONFIRMATION IS RECEIVED.
